At The Above Presents: Joe Jones x Penfolds x Florian
An intimate collaboration event bringing together Penfolds, hospitality figure Joe Jones and Melbourne bistro Florian in a celebration of craftsmanship across food and wine.
Set within Florian’s neighbourhood setting, the experience paired Penfolds Champagne with a refined snack menu — mortadella and cornichon focaccia, gildas with green olive and white anchovy, and Comté custard tarts — reflecting a shared philosophy of doing things properly, with precision and care.
A considered hospitality moment captured through a curated event photoshoot, documenting the detail, atmosphere and collaboration at the heart of the evening.
